Excellent family restaurant.

Excellent food!!!

We made a reservation through our hotel but something got lost in translation and the booking was never made with Rin (I believe it was made with another restaurant called Ren..?). We had our heart set on eating here and the management was very sympathetic to our situation and seated us in a private room for dinner even though we were a fairly large group. The food was great and affordable. Thank you guys for seating us!

Great food with reasonable price! Better reserve a table 3-4 weeks in advance during peak season.

Good ambience

Nothing to complain about. Beef sukiyaki, pork skewers (with salt) and salmon don was great.

Friendly staff, like really friendly!!Great food. As a group like Japanese tapas or individually as balanced meal with a great variety. Aubergine\eggplant is lovely but try it before adding the recommended soy sauce, pork stir-fry kimchi is really tasty with rice.

Yakitori, book in advance

A cosy and quiet place for a meal. Would definitely come back if I visit again. The ladies are so welcoming and warm. Food is pretty darn good too. 👍🏼👍🏼

The house tofu salad was unique and refreshing. Lamb skewers and cheese potatoes are very nice. Apple crumble was good too. Small cozy setting.

Rin was absolutely delicious. Everything was so good and the service is outstanding. We especially loved the seared salmon, potatoes, and apple crumble, but you really can't go wrong here. This is a must do in Niseko. It is in a small house, so you should make a reservation a head of time. They aren't very consistent with answering the phone, so it's easiest to have you hotel make one for you.

Good restaurant

The service is good, but the food is very normal for the Japanese who know the myriad izakayas in Tokyo. . . Popular with foreigners. In the middle of the Hirafu area, where foreign streets spread, you will be glad to see a mysterious little Japanese izakaya, loved by tourists.

seared salmon sashimi bowl is amazing, grilled yellow tail was fatty and good as well

Very well prepared dishes. Salad was refreshing, skewers were done just nicely with tender and flavourful meat and grilled fish collar was moist. Must visit for a satisfying meal in Niseko.

Excellent food for very reasonable price! There are two seatings every day (6pm and 8pm). Recommend tofu salad, cold tofu, shime saba, grilled salmon, lamb on a stick.

Rin was my Number 1 favourite place to dine in Niseko! The grilled fish, sashimi, pork & chicken skewers were to die for!! I’m a ceoliac so finding food can be quite tricky especially with language barriers but the staff here made it extremely easy and safe for me! Will come back again soon

Super chill neighborhood izakaya that consistently rocks

Our family’s absolute favorite izakaya in Hirafu- uncompromising good food. Make sure to get the pork skewers, chicken balls, grilled eggplant (moist and delicious) and tempura chicken, amazing!

Good food, the grilled camambert and the terrikayki skewers a standout.

Last night was the third time we've visited the place and it is consistently good. Well priced, delicious and great speedy service. Real Japanese food, great choice and variety, and family friendly to boot! The aburi salmon and agedashi tofu were the standouts this time around.

We were a party of 5 and each selected a dish and and shared. Tried both hot and cold sake. Staff were really helpful and gave great suggestions. Spoke English passably. Loved the traditional Japanese serving dishes.

Amazing small house in the middle of town. Make sure you try potatoes and butter as well as the apple crumble. Great value.

Nice friendly and cosy place for izakaya dinner. We had 3 kids and the staff were very friendly and accommodating... food was good n service was prompt.
